Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport

The first room I was given already had garbage in the waste can, the shampoo looked used and there was something in the toilet that I didn't put there. I went to the front desk and Margaret apologized and gave me another room. I would have thought there would have been a follow up phone call to make sure my new room was satisfactory or something for my trouble. Perhaps some additional points to my account? The shower in my new room 8115 has soap scum in the grout. I question the cleanliness of the entire room; especially because of the earlier incident. This is about the third stay at this hotel. It may be my last as cleanliness is incredibly important to me. Thanks for letting me vent. Peter Coenraad.

The Hyatt was in the airport so it was very convenient. The front desk staff was nice and the hotel was clean. I would stay again
