Great hotel. Rooms were spacious. Very clean. Front desk staff was so helpful and accommodating!!! Everyone was so nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people visiting Nashville.

The room wasn't quite what we were expecting but we made it work. The outside is so beautiful.

Unfortunately, due to snow the week prior the cable was out. This was no fault of the hotel's but the cable provider. The hotel had been attempting to get the cable fixed since 3/4, we arrived 3/9 and it still was not completely fixed. Also, the ice machine was not working on the 4th floor.
