Too expensive for food. Money pit.

I usually have a good experience at MGM but this last visit was horrible. There were many people for whatever reason. Maybe the beginning of the month and they have free play for the week and a 10 free play for the calendar coupon... Patrons just seemed to be rude znd the workers were annoyed and they looked like they didn't care... No usual smile or a friendly hello. The floor had pieces of papers on it... Someone threw up on the carpet in front of a worker znd they didn't block it off znd people were stepping on it..... Real gross. The women's bathroom was also a mess znd needed attending to. I think mgm needs more help but instead I heard they are laying off people. Not a good thing. Also, my players club card was not working well.. I wasn't happy cuz they had s promotion that when u get 100 points u swipe your card and pick 5 numbers and see if they pick your numbers next week. Well, although I spent enough money to get 100 points, my card was not registering my points right so I did not play the game promotion that was going on. The last two times I was at the casino, I had to go up to the desk for my card not working. Something is wrong with their computer system and at times I couldn't get access to my point play or free play as well as my account balance. They took off food of my points a month ago cuz they said points were drawn somehow from others accounts ????? I wasn't the only one... They did to almost everyone... There was s long line at the players desk asking what happened and why they took off the points znd food.We usually eat something when we go to my but we didn't on this visit because everything was in disarray. We just had some coffee from the beverage stand. We didn't stay as long as usual either. We had a lot better visits than this past visit.

Nice. Needed more seating besides bar stools by bar area.

Overall nice experience

Machines are so tight it will be a long while before I even think about coming back . At least at Greek town they would let you win a little to play a little , this was by far the worst experience o have had in many years.

I want this to compare to the MGM in Vegas. But since we live closer Detroit I guess we have to suffer with rude staff

Middle of the pack hotel/casino. Definitely does not stand above and beyond.
