I like Greektown better. MGM was not as nice inside, in my opinion.

Well, I used Togo to MGM quite often... Almost every week. However, I have not been going much for the last 4-5 months. I went yesterday because I got an email to get s new calendar for 2016 with two casino offers per month... I was really disappointed with the calendar they gave me... It was a refrigerator calendar with all 12 months on one side. Approximately 6 x 10 inches. That is really sad to give patrons a gift like that when they spent so much money there throughout the year. They r really getting cheap they toward the visitors. There are coffee stations but no ice for drinks and no decaf coffee. The station needed to be cleaned and the most in front of the station was really sticky. Feels like a bunch of drinks were spilled there. We ate at the restaurant named TAP... That was pretty good. My sister bought dinner with her comps. No problem with them accepting comps. If you went to the food area, the. Portions t small and the prices r high. Then we played a little... Very bad payback on the slots. Needless to say that I didn't win anything bug a walked around to see how others were doing. No one was winning much of anything. Pretty tight slots. I used the restroom and it was pretty clean. I never seen dirty barrooms at MGM... That's one good thing.. Someone is doing their job. Some people had trouble getting their casino offers from the kiosks. I didn't have trouble for a change. The staff at the front desk were friendly. I will probably go back but not for awhile.

Went to a club there and was upset they closed the doors in my face and was very rude at making us aware that the capacity was full

MGM employees are so rude. There are 4 employees who are nice out of the entire facility.
