Some of the restroom spelled like urine. I mean stunk. Could barely use the restroom without throwing up.

It's a good deal. Staff are not well trained. Did not get discount ordering food and overcharged me on refill cups. Then customer service paid me back in play money only used in park. Wait for rides kills the day. But it is what it is. Probably last year we will buy season passes

I can't tell you how much I love the updating Carowinds has done to the very front of the park. Can't wait to see that vibe move throughout the entire park. Here are a few suggestions: - there is such an amazing concert venue at Carowinds, why aren't there any concerts plant for the season? That would be an amazing addition. - I can certainly tell there's been some training with staff to be more friendly to guests. That is incredibly obvious. It would also be helpful to create a sense of urgency among the employees. Sometimes there's no reason for me to wait in line as long as I do just for a coke. - it would be amazing if Carowinds would offer a wider variety of food throughout the park. Burgers, chicken and chicken strips gets old if you're on the meal plan.

Bought season tickets for the first time in several years. Took my daughter for the day and the first thing we ride was the new fury325. I have to say I was disappointed in a couple of things 1) had to rent a locker to hold hour stuff for a 2-2,5 hour wait. We just bought season passes with dining and now paying you to ride a ride 2) the chair to determine is you can ride the ride faces everyone so it was quite embarrassing for some to get on it in front of the long line of people to realize it won't close and the attendant at that point on the line was rude. 3) the people managing putting people into seats wasn't working the line to see if there were single or 2 riders to fill the cars so there were empty seats on EVERY car we saw take off over 2 hours. That could've helped the line go quicker. 4) I understand fast track payers but taking 40-50 at a time made me feel like an unvalued customer because I couldn't pay for fast pass. Maybe take 10 for every tie the cars fill up. They still aren't haven't to wait 2-2,5 hours but maybe 5 minutes. It was a disappointing day as we only ride 4 rides over 6 hours because of lines and fast track passes. That is somewhat ridiculous.
