Too expensive and over priced!

Love the improvements. I've had a season pass the past three years and have never experience helpful staff. They don't seem very happy. Disney really knows how to treat the customer and Carowinds could really learn from them.

I went to Scarowinds last night and it was pretty awesome. I had a good time and I was actually scared and it takes a lot for me to get scared. The actors did a great job. I will most definitely being going back. Maybe not this year but definitely next year. The only thing I had an issue with was how filthy dirty the bathrooms were. I couldn't use them. I refuse to use a filthy bathroom that's in a public place.

Gold pass member and I absolutely hate the parking! It is the worst for pass members! Bring back parking for us!!!! Grrrrrr! Food quality is bad so I stay away from food only getting auntie Anne's pretzels. Food also way too expensive for our family of 6! I do not wish to spend close to 100 bucks on lousy food! I will drive Down the road to Cheesecake Factory for good food and high price! So we stay away from food at Carowinds! Fix parking and food and I will be so much happier! As will everyone I speak to about Carowinds!

Long time gold pass member family of 6. Very dissatisfied with the parking! Bring back member parking! Thinking of not renewing for this reason. Parking is awful! Just awful! Food is too expensive! Family of six cannot economically eat at Carowinds!
