we would wait hours in lines and then the ride would break, this happened three times with an hour standing in each line to wait on the ride

The workers don't seem happy at all. The Harmony Hall experience was awful. Workers were sour, inattentive and were defensive about my grandson burning his fingers on a hot surface that had no sign and that the worker did not slide food out beyond the heated area. We were furious about the entire experience.

Restrooms dirty, food way overpriced, and some staff could care less about your experience. I bought 35 tickets and was not satisfied with our experience.

The restrooms were filthy and smelled horrible! I was very disappointed in Boomerang Bay water park. It was the first day the park opened for the season and the pools and water were nasty. Sides of the lazy river looked as if they had never been clean! Very disappointed that I spent so much money on this trip ?? will not go back!

I love Carowinds but our last experience was below par. The new ride is a money racket. You have to buy a locker to but your belongings in to ride fury 325. Before long all rides will require the pay a few dollars for a locker.

Way to crowded and the characters were a lot less this time then couple weeks ago. Very disappointed.
