Carowinds

The park smelled really bad.. The food is always cold and not good tasting. For the cost of the food I expect restaurant quality food.. Even the chain restaurants food is cold. The park needs more rides and NEW bathrooms.. The bathrooms are disgusting and old.. Too many bees present as well.

Ride lines were fine but lines for drinks was crazy. There would be 4 people in each booth standing around talking but only one window open. Not to mention they all had attitudes. Plus lots of the booths had no ice!!!!

the staff is so rude and nasty. my four year old tried smiling at one of the ride operators and she just looked even more evil.

I had such a terrible experience with the employees I refuse to return. When I spoke with guest services about a specifically terrible instance, I was offered tickets for the following day (for a charge). Completely appalled and disappointed.
