Large, clean, and comfortable room. Nightly reception that provided a light meal/snack and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff.

Clean, comfortable hotel and loved our stay

The lady that checked us in (she left at 11 pm) and had red tips on her hair ...was sooo super sweet! She did a great job she dealt with a horrible guest while we were in line like a pro she was patient and kind the whole time. She was very nice and interacted well with our children...we loved her!!! Our room was perfect! There was 8 of us...we wanted a 2 bedroom unit with a kitchen and a living room so we could have a small birthday party for 2 of my children. The rooms were great we had a blast!!!

We have stayed at another Homewood Suites in Shreveport a number of times and have loved it. This one was a little more convenient and about $10 cheaper so we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was very nice but I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel (and I'm not one to be overly concerned with cleanliness). Our toilet had a small fecal matter streak. We only had one bath towel in the room. The sofa bed had one blanket and one pillow without a pillow case in the closet. We asked for the sheets and got them and asked for a second pillow as well as the extra pillow case. Got the pillow but not a case for the one without. There was all kinds of food crumbs in the sofa bed. It just felt dirty everywhere and kind of made me sick to my stomach. Will not be going back to this hotel.

Our room was very uncclean. There was hair everywhere and we found a pair of shoes in the closet. Not the level of cleanliness I expect from a hilton property. The staff was considerate though.
