The check in staff was very unfriendly. The woman who checked me in was rude and rushed us through the process. She was much nicer to the customers in front of us, who happened to be older than we were. It was a very uncomfortable process. Typically at other Hilton/double trees we stay at, the experience is great and the staff is friendly. This was not my experience at this hotel.

Though the rooms have been remodeled since I was last there it is basically a band aid or cover up for the bad plumbing and ware and tear
