Very friendly staff

Nice hotel

I love the double tree. They are so classy and clean. The only staff we interacted wth were those at the wedding we were at. We were having so much fun we actually decided to stay as well. Glad we did.

Ate at the Resturant- highly understaffed, took a long time to get food. Not enough menus to hand out- noticed. Staff seemed unhappy- they do not have enough people employed there. Watch other tables get up and walked out because of poor service. I like to give the benefit of the doubt but tried even my patience. We went a couple of times with the same experience.

Keep lower prices and provide more complementary things
