The woman who checked me in on Friday night wasn't very nice and had a bad attitude when I told her I requested specifically to be placed closer in to the lobby to avoid hearing the rooster crow at 6 am (happened the last time I stayed there).

The front desk on Friday afternoon and night was phenomenal and took extra effort to get the best rate possible for me. The hallways and elevator needed some updating and there was a dog that barked incessantly for hours but not much the staff could do to control it.
