smell bad, towels looked dirty everything was just not good at all

We booked online for the motel 6 in Carlsbad ca the rate was 200.00 per night. The room smelled of mold and the Ac was very loud. When we complained to the desk the person there said they didn't have the authority to help us very dissatisfied will not recommend or stay there again
