didn't have a stuffed otter all the workers I said said they did and ended up walking the whole zoo all over again to find out for myself yall don't have it very disappointed.

The splash park is dangerous!! Poorly designed! The slides are treacherous and we witnessed many bumps and bruises with tears at least 80% of the time. Not a safe environment with all the concrete and water. Lawsuit waiting to happen, beware. Redesign and think about safety. Also, if you expect people to change diapers on the bathroom, at least have paper towels to dry with and soap that lathers otherwise you are facilitating germs.

Carlette Wright working the merchandise messed up and had to call a supervisor. She failed to confirm if I'm a zoo member or not, in which she hastily processed the transaction and giving me a discount.

Today was a school holiday and I would have assumed the zoo would have been ready for an influx of visitors especially with the 70 degree weather. Most of the food establishments CLOSED due to running out of food. Over the course of 3 hours I did not observe a single keeper interacting with the public - very disappointing. It seemed as if the zoo "took a holiday" too. Fort Worth Zoo should be better than that.
