It was okay. The rides were a little disappointing. I expected the park to be better and more exciting.

Food lines are ridiculous for below average amusement park food. Ride lines were nonexistent but the rife package offered was terrible. The holiday tree lighting and performances were outstanding.

It was very crowded. I brought a few friends and felt rushed all day because of the amount of people. We really wanted to get hot chocolate but the lines were outrageous. We left a few rides and the snow globe because the lines were just too long. The staff at the food places could be friendlier.

Great people however we did have a very unfriendly experience with Erika in looney town land she's not child friendly and not sure if it was just a bad day or if she's typically like that but employee should be encouraged to speak up and let's supervisors know they are not fit for the day so she doesn't cause a unpleasant experience for my kids and family get togethers

It was more than 90 degrees outside and because it was frightfest the water rides were shutdown. I ended up with heat exhaustion and had to leave early because I was spending a fortune on water with no other way to cool down. I also think that as a gold pass holder frightfest should be free
