I've been coming since I was little, it's gotten a little boring over the years. I will not renew my season pass.

I went during Fright Fest and there should have been more scarers once it got dark outside, also I waited forever for X Flight because there were many technical difficulties and I was 3rd in line because I went to X Flight right when the park opened.

The food is good. I love the red velvet funnel cakes. I get one every time. And I usually always get food from maw&paws they seem to have the best tasting and fresh tasting food. The bathrooms seemed to be pretty dirty and like they hadn't been clean. There was water all over the floors of almost every bathroom. I don't like how the smoking areas are by bathrooms and tables where majority of people want to sit. I don't want to have to smell cigarettes. Also, I wish there were little hand sanitizer stations every so often. That way you could sanitize when there isn't a bathroom right there. It will help keeps germs to a minimum. The employees were far from friendly. The least they could do is smile. I would see groups of employees and security just standing around. I know that's not what they're paid to do.

Park was very busy and there was not enough staff to handle the amount of people. We paid a total of $340 for flash passes and staff was allowing people with disabilities to go in front of us. I understand & absolutely have no problem with the actual disabled person going ahead of us but I do have a problem with entire party being able to go. At one time I counted 18 people accompanying a person in a wheel chair going ahead of us. Also some people that showed the paper did not seem to be disabled. I suggest better screening process. If being a diabetic or having high blood pressure qualifies as being disabled & allows a person to go ahead of everyone then I'll never buy a flash pass again. I'll just bring a copy of my medical record

The food is over priced and poor quality. I don't mind paying more, if it's worth it.

We were at six flags great America for fright fest. Not many ghouls or characters. Bathrooms were gross. Smelled like outhouses. The service was rediculiously slow. (They know the volume of people that visit on fright fest) two servers with fifty people in line . Very unorganized. This is the first time we have seen such a drastic change in the park. Many rides were shut down. Nothing for older or handicap people to ride. Train no longer in operation. Very disappointed.
