I'm frustrated because my boyfriend and I had waited about 30-40 minutes for X2. We finally got close to the front and only had 2 people in front of us when the staff said there was a "minor delay." The ride stopped operating and we waited to see if it would start running again. They kept reassuring is that it was just a minor delay. Eventually after about 20 more minutes of waiting, they sent us away. At other theme parks I've been to, they offer front of the line passes to be able to go to the front of the line on one ride when a ride you've waited for has shut down unexpectedly. I think it's inconsiderate that six flags doesn't offer that. Also, I had already paid for a ride locker and put my stuff in there. I should have been offered a refund as well. The rest of my visit was wonderful, but the lack on customer service for that ride was particularly annoying.

Me and my kids love the rides of six flags. The only thing is that the lines are always long and we don't have enough time to get on all the rides we want to. The food is ridiculously high in price and not even that much.

The only bad experience was that they made me buy a locker to get on a ride that immediately broke down after I paid.

Understaffed

The bathrooms were smelly, full of garbage and overcrowded. The faucets didn't function at times and there was puddles of soap and water all over the counters.

Park was packed!! Not enough tram service for the number of people at park. Great scare spots and food options
