Some of the employees were nice. The employees on the X2 ride were very rude. The bathrooms were not very clean.

First time at fright fest ! It was ok they can do way better !! Need more monsters and scary mazes

Too busy and the park showed it. Restrooms were dirty, food lines were long, ride lines were enormous.

I always enjoy myself, but the markup for water is ridiculous! The place was pretty empty following Labor Day weekend, so it was more enjoyable this time. I thought it was a great visit, but the chance of dehydration was far too close in this heat.

Great rides. Wasn't packed. Decent pricing. My family enjoyed the experience.

I felt like I was scammed. I paid full price for a ticket and was not able to redeem it for a full year pass without paying an additional 39.99. The signs lead me to believe that if you buy a full price ticket you get a year. It turns out that you have to request it at the outside ticket office. If you don't do it at that time you lose out on the deal.
