Great rides, Terrible guest service!! I understand a handful of these employees never had jobs before, and many are still teenagers and young adults, but the quality of service was unacceptable. I checked my own seat belts and restraints on the rides, my food order was not correct, and many employees did not even know where things were on their own property. I much prefer to take my business 350 miles north to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.

the restroom need to be upgraded, well ventilated, more then 2 bathroom stalls and add morroem0

I have a season pass and love going to six flags but it began raining and I did not get to go on a single ride

Bathroom was very dirty and the river pool had a lot bugs and leaves like it haven't been cleaned in days made me and my family feel uncomfortable

The lines are out of control. The bathrooms are out of control. And the staff is too young to be responsible for so many lives

1st visit...not impressed. Most Theme parks have apps with wait times or signs around park with times. Time to step up and get the technology inline with the times!
