The ease of making an appointment, the massage therapist was really good. The receptionist was extremely helpful.

Aysha was extremely knowledgeable and knew what areas to focus on during my massage. She made me feel very comfortable. My neck was extremely stiff when I arrived and I was in some great pain. However, when I left I was more relaxed and my pain was not as bad as when I first arrived. I am looking forward to my next massage with Aysha, she is an asset to the Hand and Stone company!

Your location is very convenient. Your staff and the overall atmosphere of the Lacey location is wonderful. I enjoy the option of the membership I believe it is a good value.

After gardening for two days I had a lot of soreness.When I arrived for my appointment,at Lacey Hand and Stone,the receptionist recommended the Himalayan Salt Stones massage.It was wonderfull.My masseuse,Tracy,relaxed my aching muscles so much that I started to fall asleep.On my way out I made my appointment with Tracy for May.

The professionalism of the receptionist & massage therapist. I was very impressed with the cleanliness & atmosphere of the facility. The massage therapist was highly professional. And she made me feel relaxed as she worked to relive the pressure points that have been giving me spasms. I left feeling better & stress free.

The receptionist was warm and friendly. Sally remembered me from a previous visit, making me feel welcome. Her knowledge of my skin and how to improve it was impressive. I would highly recommend her and already booked my next appointment with her.
