Hand and Stone

The message therapist and esthetician were wonderful and professional. My only issue is the pushy up selling of the monthly memberships. I said no thank you the first time, she insisted on asking me "whats holding me back". I though that was not ok

I am new to the spa experience, and I have found Hand and Stone to be comfortable and worthwhile.

The esthetician Sally was very knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable.

Ajah was awesome

Victoria and Aja were very polite, knowledgeable and professional.

Ajah did an amazing job. My only complaint (?) was that I could not schedule two 80 massages at the same time..this was my fault, not Hand & Stone! I waited too long. Already scheduled next months appointment. Welcome to Lacey!

Loved the environment , staff was helpful and knowledgeable and the environment was clean and sanitary

I called around 10 am I believe and had an appointment booked for a few hours later. Asia was my therapist and I asked for firm pressure in which she delivered. Everyone was super nice and I even bought some GC's.

No Wait ..no pressure to buy products...staff very friendly!
