I was thorough impressed with the ambiance as soon as I walked in to schedule an appointment. They were very flexible and even took me that day!! The therapist listened to my needs and let me know what she was doing to help relieve my aches. Asia is AMAZING! The receptionist was kind, knowledgeable and very curteous. She even explained in full detail the membership deals and I accept! So happy with Hand & Stone in Lacey and looking forward to next months appointment!! Thank you!

The entire staff was friendly and atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I experience tension/stress, it melted away. I will be scheduling my next massage soon. I look forward to trying the online booking tool.

I had an appointment scheduled initially and literally within hours before the appointment it was canceled. It took me another week or two to find another appointment that met my needs. I feel that therapist come and go very quickly quickly at this facility and once I find somebody, I like they end up leaving.

The massage therapist was limited and what they could do. They were too specialized. Not enough options with this massage therapist

I was annoyed how many reminders I got about my appointment, 1 would be fine. Every time I turned around I was getting a reminder of the appointment and how I will be charged if I don't show

There was not a therapist available for a firmer massage.

The timing could be improved. The cost could be lower. The ambiance could be improved.
