I was beyond impressed with the therapist I had. I loved it and became a member. I am highly satisfied with all the service provided.

I feel sometimes my check in is a bit late and my massage runs a bit short, I think this massage I was brought in the room for my 1200 massage around 1220 and was done at 1

I loved every minute of my massage. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The therapist was amazing! My only issue is that upgrades aren’t done after the regular massage but instead during; so it feels as if it’s a shorter duration.

The therapist I booked with fell ill and I was given a different therapist. The prices are a bit steep. At my last appointment I was told I could use gift cards toward a tip, this time I was told I couldn’t.

I wish the product assortment that is used in facials, and for purchase, was broader. Skinceuticals would be great. The facial was, and always is, always wonderful with Valerie I would just love to see more skincare options.

I think the massage was amazing! The only complaint I have is that I verbally told the therapist my lower back has been bothering me and she barely grazed over it. She did a great job massaging everywhere else. Maybe she misunderstood and thought that meant I didn’t want my lower back bothered. In the future I’ll be sure to tell them where I want massaged.

I’ve never had to change and switch rooms in between my massage and facial. Definitely ruins the relaxation. Also it was never clear that I was not getting a facial that was covered by the gift cards I showed at check in.

I am very satisfied with my massage experience. I don’t expect massage to take away my aches and pains, but it does relax me. The therapist is always attentive and communicates well. It would be nice to have candles and aroma therapy included in the price of massage to enhance the experience. I’m not happy with the recent price increases.
