Hand and Stone

I think my therapist doesn’t know her own strength. She was very repetitive in the motions and actually there were times it actually hurt. I was hoping it was over sooner than later. I like hand and stone but I wouldn’t use her again although she was a very nice girl.

Did not like the particular technique of the therapist using thumbs and elbow in areas that were more tender. The therapist was very nice but her technique was just not what I like. Also too much oil was used and the oil is very greasy.

Sometimes the service seems rushed at the end. I generally wait for the therapist except this time, and yet within an hour I’m done without having the full time for the massage. The therapist is thorough and I understand trying to stay on time.

I did not receive a full 50 minute massage. I arrived 10 mins early and was not brought into the room until 1:05.

Once again your system is incorrect. I was not dissatisfied with my experience. You need to program your system better

My fiancé got me a gift card for our anniversary. We had went this past Valentine's Day to the one in toms river and the women I had just wasn't great. I looked up the reviews when I went to the lacey one and saw that Sarah was pretty popular. I booked with her and she was the sweetest! She asked me if I needed specific or if I didn't want her to do certain ones. She asked the pressure and I said hard. She didn't do it as hard as I would have liked but it was still a great massage. Also the room wasn't as dark as I would like it.

Appt was for 10am waited 15mins no acknowledged or tell me they were running late

I had tried to make an appointment at Manahawkin hand and stone. I left 3 messages and emailed 2x and I still have not received a call back or email - very unprofessional to say the least. I found Lacey hand and stone and they were wonderful

Having to our hase a membership otherwise services are overpriced

I was taken 15 min late but my message still ended on time, which meant I lost 15 minutes of my appointment.
