When call to book I ask for Himalayan salt stone. But it was not scheduled correctly. So I received regular 80 minutes which was great. But not what I was expecting. I had 3 packages and thought I be able to use two because of pricing. But because it was a normal 80 minutes I did use two packages but lose 30 dollars of my monthly payments. This was frustrating but reception did explain things kindly.

Originally I had booked an appointment for the day before but it was canceled due to a massage therapist calling out of work but I was not contacted. So I drove to my appointment only to not have it (and with gas prices the way they are, not thrilled about that) but was able to book for the next day.

The waiting area was very "compact!" There was no pillow available to elevate my head, but the therapist was able to utilize some towels for the same effect. I will be back! Thank you.

I am always happy with the eiple and the massage but it's so hard to get an apt at my location so then other locations charge me to go to there location. It's not my fault. I understand diff owners but I pay then have to pay more.

I was disappointed that I was upsold a Himalayan massage when the person who sold it did not realize that it was going to result in an additional $30 charge. I was using packages transferred from a friend and was trying to keep the total cost of my visit at or below 2 packages (exclusive of transfer charges). The original Hot Stone I requested along with CBD oil would have left me at exactly 2 packages but I ended up paying the extra $30 because I wasn't made aware of the add-on cost. I didn't want to argue the point because I should have asked more questions but the staff needs to know what they are selling and how it impacts the final cost.

The therapist spent a good amount of time on my back which was great. Everything else felt very rushed. I had a gift card, but still owed $15 extra. Just seemed like a very inpersonal experience. I'll stick with non chain spas.

Very nice young girl but not as knowledgeable as others.
