I waited to get in. i saw a bunch of emplyoees (or people wearing black)walk in at 1050. I walked in at 10:57, stood in line and then sat. i got on the table at 11:11. Great massage.I waited to the facial- no worries, she was getting the room together. But she washed my skin and cleaned it like she was going to a fire. Not relaxing, or calming. Opposite. She was friendly and talkative, but when i stopped. She should stop. I did not get the peace i was looking forward to. What happened to Leigh (I think?) She was wonderful and SO professional.

I wanted nuface treatments; not available at appt. n lanoka. I wanted info on cryoskin packages and am still waiting.

The facial Appt started late as a result of my previous massage late start. Technician was very pleasant and kind. The only improvement would be a more robust face massage during the process

I was highly satisfied. Especially by the massage therapists professionalism, skill set, and detail to attention

The person my therapist had was late. Therefore my massage started later. However I was not offered extra time as my massage did not last the entire 50 minutes. I left the lobby with my therapist at 8:13 and my massage was done at 9. Therefore it was less then the full 50 minute massage

Even at an introductory price, the massage was just mediocre. Was nothing amazing or special. The massage rooms aren’t that nice, you don’t feel as if you are at a nice massage place. Staff outside the massage room was very loud, I was able to hear everything. You go for a massage to relax and for piece and quiet, and they were being loud right outside the massage room. Massage therapist was very nice, and professional. Not one of my favorite massages definitely in the bottom 3 of massages I’ve received.

When I walked into the store the waiting room smelled like chlorine/bleach. I appreciate the attentiveness to health and safety especially in COVID times but it was hard to start relaxing before the massage with the strong fumes.

Each therapist has different ways to do a message and spend different amounts of time in each area. This time there was less time spent on my core and more time spent on my extremities.

I expect more of a massage and not just applying pressure. I have a lot of neck issues tightness and this last massage didn’t work out the knots and help. Think it was a different approach. I would rather more of a massage that helps relieve the neck and shoulder tightness
