Inability for H&S to accommodate the gap during the COVID months. Too many backed up packages to catch up. Will be canceling membership.

Receptionist booked me and charged me for a facial and chemical peel. Upon arrival, I was told I cannot get a peel as it was my first facial at this location, even though I had previous ones done at another location. None of this was communicated before hand. They made me wait while figuring it all out which was time consuming. I wound up not receiving the chemical peel and do not plan on returning after I finish using my gift card. Esthetician had an attitude at first, but then apologized a gave a good facial. She was knowledgable.

Limited availability of time slots and individual requested therapists...

Massage was just ok. Too much talking.

It was nearly impossible to determine the options available and the associated cost. I think the options should be presented up front so the customer can choose rather than it being a mystery. The same applies to the online menu

my time so busy hard to get appointments

I feel it is Extremely hard to book an appointment.. Appointments are Far in advance; and only limited times....... This makes it very hard to match my personal schedule to your availability... Your staff is very courteous; but I cringe when I hear " I have nothing available then ! " OR We are " All booked up..! " Maybe you could expand your hours ?? or hire more technicians..??? I would be happy to go later in the evening....

Unable to easily schedule a massage therapist who can provide firm pressure. I was told only 2 therapists could do this. Really? I was asking for firm massage not therapeutic massage. Nothing but a slight firmer pressure. I do not want to wait weeks for an appointment

I felt like I could have had more pressure applied during my massage but overall I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be going back.
