I have been going to this location for a while and it is always a good experience

No specific reason. I was satisfied and very happy with the massage.

I thought my massage therapist was friendly and did a good job, but I had a little bit of difficulty relaxing, which was not necessarily her fault or the facility’s. I probably should have requested a more firm massage.

I was very satisfied with my experience

Aurora is excellent, no reflection on her. I am still catching up with all my monthly packaged that I paid for an can’t seem to catch up without still paying approx $75 monthly. Too expensive for services I will never be able to catch up.

I came in for a facial hoping to take advantage of $20 gift cert. My facial was $80 and I was expecting $20 off. I purchased hyaluronic acid serum. I was charged $95.90 plus $150. 82. It wasn't clear to me why I was ripped off. There was another customer so as prof courtesy I decided to take this matter via email. I emailed the location directly and expect resolution asap.

I was satisfied with the wait time, the esthetician and the services I received and the receptionist was very polite and efficient with booking my next appointment. The facility was clean. Very pleased with my visit.

The esthetician was quite chatty throughout the facial. Inclusive of person stories that are not appropriate for a personal or spa like experience. While I did purchase a product suggested for me. I was not walked through any other products being used or why. I doubled up on credits for this session and feel the value was not appropriate for what I received.

My appointment was at 3:15, she did not come get me till 3:20 and then getting undressed etc , I am not sure when she actually started but I did look at her clock in the room when she was done and it was 4:11. Was not 60 minutes at all.

Would like more firm pressure when massage.
