Receptionists are very friendly but the issue is that it has become very difficult to get an appointment, and I have yet to find a therapist that has come close to the one who left your company and I feel the cost does not compensate the level of massage's that I am receiving.

Im just used to going to the bricktown location. I prefer to go to the brick location. I like my massage therapist better in brick. Thats the only place i go for my facials as well.

I was highly satisfied. Therapist were helpful and friendly. Waiting area and restrooms were clean.

Estetician was friendly but was a bit over the top on talking about things going on in her life. It took away from the relaxation.

The only reason I was not highly satisfied was because my shoulders were sore the night after my appointment. Everything else was perfect. Very clean and professional.

I have to fill out the intake form everytime I come for my appointment because the system is not saving it.

I did not know membership billing would be at the 19th of each month and had to pay for my service. Nicole explained and repeated to me that this is how it works. She was rude and curt. When I booked in person this should have been explained to me so I as the consumer was made aware. She said many people come 2 times a month and are billed. I'm not interested in others appointments, just my account. I cancelled one because of the rudeness, however enjoy Sarah & Suzanne for my moment of relaxation. I left upset and do not appreciate how she spoke to me. I hope someone reads this

I was told via phone that I had 3 credits to my account. I used one the day I was there, therefore having 2 left. When I asked to confirm my credits, they informed me I had none. Steven the manager stated he would check into it and call me back. I never received a call back. I called back again and explained everything. Steve was not there. The girl told me she was going to call Steve and have him call me. I did not receive a call. A few days have now gone by, I would like to return for a massage, but I have not received a response at all .

Was maonly satisfi3s. 7 abke to get appt in manahawkin so Lacey store was abke to accommodate me . Busy work schedule makes ot difficult to scheduke appts and manahawkin store low on therapists. Erica was good. Have had trouble in past find therapist to do intense deep tissue. Have tried many therapists.
