Massage was nice but not enough pressure was applied

I was told that hard wax and wax strips were used and that i could ask for the one i preferred. However, wax strips were used therefore making the process take longer than necessary. I will not be using the wax service here again. The facial and massages i have received here are great though.

Asia was great but I was used to Nancy that really helped with my neck and leg pain

I only attended for an eyebrow waxing. There was not much to be “highly” satisfied about. It was a simple appointment.

The receptionist and therapists are always polite and friendly. But it seems they only have girls that give a light massage, I added on the CBD oil Which I feel helped my particicular area of pain. But the pressure was more of a Light rubbing. Not good for my problem.

Previous occasion not thrilled with the failure to disclose extra charges when booking appointments. Extra services doesn’t mean extra time.... it is INCORPORATED into the service. That needs to be clarified. Some of this stuff seems like it’s hidden and ambiguous.

I love my therapist,sally. She is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, kind & very friendly.

My 50 minute massage was only 42 minutes. They give way too much time for changing clothes and it cut into the time. I felt it was rushed and not long enough.
