Sometimes I need to book with a different massous and I feel the receptionist will say any one is good. Not always a good massage when trying someone new. I think they just say they are to get you to book

My skin on my face is even more dry and red than it was before my appointment. I have had large flakes of dead skin peeling off. I had hoped that the dryness would be fixed or at least going in that direction, however, I feel as though it is even worse and I cannot hide it.

Too expensive

I would have liked more firm shoulder massage but O did not speak up.

I am juat comparing to previous visits and this appt was not quite as special

I made an appointment w Sarah for a Massage at 6 PM on Thursday7/15 and when I arrived and checked in with receptionist, I told her that I was there for my 6 o’clock with Sarah and she told me Sarah would be right with me.Then I asked to use the ladies room and when I came out, it was at that time, I was told somehow, I was booked WRONGLY with Suzanne??? I was very annoyed because I am very sure that I booked the appointment with Sarah, but decided to give Suzanne a chance(since none of it was her fault)and ended up being very pleased with Suzanne’s services & her handling of my initial annoyance & discomfort, and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs and made me feel very comfortable.

Appt was only 45 minutes not 50...I feel the places that were mentioned were not worked on thoroughly. It was also very hard to relax right away.

Spent too much time getting the rocks. I prefer a massage that is continuous not start and stop not that the therapist did anything wrong.

Everything was just fine from start to finish. Not trying to be overly critical but I was just a bit confused with Therapist instructions to basically "loosen up" or something of that nature when she was working on my shoulders. It seemed like she was a just a slight bit pushy when I did not respond to her "requests" I actually sort of fell asleep which I thought would be indicative and complimentary of her ability to make me relax and relieve stress. I may be wrong but I got a vibe that I was wrong to fall asleep. All in all she did a good job and I felt good afterwards.

Lacey branch needs more relaxing ambience, running water or a relaxing scent. The room has a bright light doesnt dim so i have to ask for a towel to cover my eyes (only have wet warm towel). Which i settled but overtime the towel got cold ofcourse. The staff were wonderful just the resource kinda doesn’t meet the expectations. I did told the staff about the light.
