GREAT EXPERIENCE AND ALSO RECEIVED A GREAT RECOMMENDATION FOR MY NEXT VISIT

Alexis is wonderful. She is at the front desk and always is so pleasant and helpful. Sandy a previous therapist was nice but very pushy when it came to product sales. I expressed concerns with my skin and she was nice but then I could tell half the items she wanted me to get were for her commission. The women I had last time was so great during the facial but unfortunately burnt my eyelid on the waxing I requested. She didn’t have experience with waxing so I would recommend more training. She gave a wonderful facial though. Over all everyone is nice so I feel bad writing anything bad but these are concerns and that’s why I’m not highly satisfied.

The massage was wonderful!

First time so nothing to compare with.

Ajah was very nice and knowledgeable. I find in general though when I tell a therapist that I want them to concentrate on my lower back, they never do. They do a lot of work on the upper back, but never the lower back.

I have two memberships I will be canceling one and keeping one for my wife.....,because you raised my membership $10 each
