Was told when i made the appt thst a specific therapist would be doing the massage but when i arrived i was told it was someone else. No reason given. Rex Receptionistdidnkt mention therewasa FREE upgradeavailabke that day.

My recent experience was actually comped to me because of my bad experience prior. I had scheduled an appointment with the receptionist who seemed to have forgotten to actually book me and so I never received my massage as planned. Thankfully the manager was very gracious and patient with me when I was not terribly pleasant and offered to give me my next massage for free. It was a very relaxing massage with the always amazing Ajah.

My esthetician was very nice but I did not feel she was experienced. She was directing me to a detoxifying facial when I wanted a brightening facial I had a different location. She did not know the products for the brightening facial and had to look it up in a binder. Even then, the products she used were different then the original brightening facial I had. I got the overall feeling that she was new and was still learing.

The massage therapist and receptionist were nice. I just felt like my massage therapist didn’t spend enough time in the areas I specified that I really needed the help. It was a nice massage but I left there with the same pains I had when I went in. Usually a massage helps me especially when the massage therapist works on the areas I really need work on.

They didn't have the product I wanted in stock. The receptionist didn't bill me for the service I had correctly so I was contacted by phone to return so they could fix it,I suggested they fix it over the phone which was more accommodating for me since I was out at dinner. She was very nice about the situation and so was I.

I had made an appointment for my next visit at the shop. Somehow, my appointment was over-booked by someone else. Also, when I made my next appointment this time, the receptionist did not offer to write the appointment on a card, and I let it go bc I thought there would be a confirmation on my email when I got home. There wasn't, and now I'll probably be calling to check on my appointment time.
