My current facial was relaxing but the upcharge of $20 to add a rejuvenation mask was high. I love the facials but the upcharges are too high.

When I first called to make an appointment I had a few question and the woman that answered the phone was not nice and was very rude. Also, when I had my first appointment it got canceled last minute because someone was sick. Another issue I had was that I called and checked three times to see if my gift cards would cover the whole balance and all three times they told me yes.. It was not until five minutes after I left that they told me I owed a balance. Overall all the services I got were great.

I have also been to the manahawkin location & when lacey opened it was closer & they said u can transfer your points earned this past time receptionist said can't do that. I do not like this policy.

Paid $15 for a foot scrub which was literally 30 seconds of rubbing it on then off immedialty. The room Was too cold even with the bed heat on. The therapist used a hot towel on my Back and multiple times took it off and didn’t put the covers back on me and it was freezing!

The overall message was very good. The clock in room 3 made a very loud ticking and was distracting to the point were it made it harder to relax and enjoy the message.

I have had a number of facials in the past. This one did not come close to meeting my expectations. I would have like a lot more time picking at my face, especially along the hair line.
