I was happy with service and will continue to keep membership

The couple's massage was nice. Muy husbands therapist was great, gave feedback and discussed his trouble spots. Mine asked me how it was.

i put that i wanted my neck in focus but barely had my neck massaged. pressure was light. but masseuse was very friendly and i felt comfortable

I have been to Hand & Stone many times and have had different massage therapists, it really is not a complaint but I did feel like this particular time my massage therapist was inexperienced. She did not do a bad job but it was different from others.

This was my first time at a Hand and stone. I do get monthly massages at another spa but my massage therapist moved and no longer works there and my boyfriend has a membership at hand n stone so i wanted to try it. Overall I had a good experience (everyone was very friendly) but I wanted to provide my honest feedback. My boyfriend and I made appointments for the same time but we did not go in at the same time. I went in 10-15 minutes later than him so I was worried he was goin to have to wait for me. Luckily we got done at the same time but what was odd was we both had 80 minute massages so not sure how I went in so much later but we got done at the same time.

Although I enjoyed myasssge, I expected a deep tissue massage with extreme pressure. I paid extra to have it. Also, I had to pay the difference between my gift certificate I received and rate increase which was used within the year and should have been honored.

On my first visit purchased the lavender aromatherapy but did not smell the fragrance at all. This massage therapist is no longer there.

I know you can compare therapist, but they were very different.

I needed a massage but a facial was offered and it was GREAT. I also wished that the NU Face was offered I really really wanted to try that since I have an event on this Sunday to go to. Everyone was GREAT I will join up when Nu Face is offered
