Hand and Stone

My husband and I booked same services and were taken in at the same time. I was finished 15 minutes earlier th and he was. Did not receive neck or temple massage or heated table like he did.

I asked my massage therapist to focus on certain spots and she didn’t spend more time on any of them and I really needed it.

I was satisfied with my experience. First time visit, next time highly satisfied. Never highly satisfied first visit.

I had a very good massage by a very nice therapist, I will definitely return to this location.

Problem with the amount of the bill. The receptionist thought I should of been billed much higher than I should have. It was straightened out after she spoke to someone else about it.

Did not honor spa wish gift card. Though accepted at other hand and stone locations, but REALLY LIKED, the massage therapist at this location.
