The staff is always very welcoming and appointments are on time. My Aesthetician is knowledgeable and recommends the best service for my skin at the time.

Sarah has been doing an AWESOME job in working through the knots in my shoulders and back. My only dissatisfaction has nothing to do with H&S or Sarah (I don't think)...I just wish the reservations would open up more so we could go back to 80-minute massages.

The staff is so friendly and eager to satisfy our needs, the therapists we use are great at what they do, and I feel safe with the current situation at how H&S takes precautions on making it a safe and enjoyable experience

Sarah is wonderful, she remembers my preferences and uses perfect pressure. Everyone was caring and courteous. The receptionist helped me book my next couple appointments now since they are booking up fast. I appreciate the staff at lacey hand and stone!!

clean facility, friendly staff, massage was one of the best I have had. Will be booking return visit once I check my calander.
