The therapist Suzanne was very friendly, professional, and did a great job of helping me to relax and relieve stress.

I have enjoyed coming to the spa since I became a member in 2019. I’ve received exceptional service from Reception to the massage therapist every time I go. I feel relaxed and rested when I leave.

Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had at H&S. The pressure was perfect and I told her I was having neck stiffness and she really worked on those knots. The most relaxed I’ve been in years.
