Every time I call the receptionist is beyond friendly and helpful. Always kind, pleasant and willing to go the extra mile. They ask pertinent questions to the what I am looking for, always ask if I am a member and whether I want a male or female therapist. The therapists are always friendly! The therapists are so good there, I will not go to any other place. I have been to local places and they are rough and unfriendly. Keep up the great work, terrific place to go and am pleased I became a member
