Hand and Stone

Every hand and stone that I have visited has always been clean and had a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The girls in the lobby were as pleasant and helpful as I've come to expect. The variable is with the therapists themselves and as to be expected, results may vary. Communication helps to bridge the gap between expectation and service provided but that doesn't always close it (Which isn't to say I've received a massage in the past that I would describe as bad). The therapist on my last visit was just incredible. We talked over needs and preferences and after that Erica went to work and it was just perfect. She worked out the tight spots, applied perfect pressure, and I left the room in a state of absolute relaxation. Best massage I've ever received and I can't wait to go back.

I have always used a different therapist but she did not come back from the Covid19 time from when Hand and Stone shut down. Sarah was recommended to me and I had my doubts she would be as good as my old therapist. I was very wrong! Sarah is a excellent therapist who asked all the right questions and did a fantastic job on my problem areas. Sarah's therapy room was as close as perfect as possible and the safety measures taken were above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking for a very professional therapist.

Sarah was an excellent therapist. She took the time to work on my problem areas and did an amazing job. I felt l very relaxed after my appointment. Even though it’s a farther location for me just based on that experience I would definitely go back for another appointment.
