The Reception and Therapist staff are very professional and friendly. The rooms are very tidy and relaxing.

During the Covid crisis you should have offered to stop billing for massages that could not be performed. 3 - 4 month charges is too many to carryforward.

Sarah is wonderful. Even though it had been 4 months from my last massage she remembered my problem areas and tailored my massage to target those areas.

Everyone was extremely friendly. My experience durning this was easy and very efficient.

I mentioned a mild discomfort I was having but in an area that I typically do not enjoy being massaged. Erica use a technique customized to what I said and it was perfect!! Looking forward to my next visit, I've missed you guys!!
