Hand and Stone

I was previously seeing Gail and had anxiety about seeing a new skin care specialist but Marissa is so personable and very knowledgeable. My skin has improved more in one visit with her than in many visits I had with Gail!

Steven is my preferred therapist and it is more and more difficult to get an appointment with him. Had been put on a waiting list with no call. Went on line and got an appointment immediately with Steven. I cannot get another appointment with Steven until April 7 which is ridiculous

Marissa was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was expecting to cancel my membership and end my affiliation with this store. My last several experiences were less than, from receptionist and employees exiting often. My new facial gal is great and she alone makes me want to come back!!!

Receptionist was very kind and friendly. My masseuse was prompt and started the massage as soon as I was ready. I felt welcomed and important. I am now a member.

Steven does such a great job!

Abby was amazing and she was willing to talk through some of my concerns and able to provide great service based off of that. I recommended her to many other nows!

Marissa, my esthetician was so knowledgeable and kind and made my first experience with a facial so enjoyable. Will personally book her for all future appointments
