I had one facial in the past. Wasn’t happy with it. I loved this facial!

The therapist listened adjusted my massage to target my problem areas and gave me ideas on what I can do between treatments to keep the area loosened up and pain free. She also suggested other kinds of treatments that I can get at Hand and Stone.

The phone etiquette and short wait time is excellent. I was called the day before and needed to verify my appointment, which I appreciate. The therapist was friendly, accommodating, and allowed me to relax by minimizing small talk after the initial intake questions. The massage I received was very relaxing. All my areas I wanted addressed were addressed. The time was spent good!

My massage therapist does a great job of spending the time on the areas that need the most work. She is affective in working the knots and kinks out. And she is very professional and friendly.

Although my first appointment of the day was canceled due to the therapist not arriving, the staff was very honest about it and helped me get another appointment for the same day. The massage I got was from a new provider and she was excellent! It was just what I needed!
