Hand and Stone

The staff is always friendly. My appointment is always on time. My therapist chatted with me when I felt like talking and stayed quiet when I stopped talking. She worked on the exact spots I requested.

I have had several messages at hand and stone waukesha and have loved every single one. I have had several different therapists and they have all been awesome. They take special care to my desired areas of focus and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Reception are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the music is a bit more dramatic than what I would expect at a massage place, but this past time it was classical piano music with waterfall noises which was great. Will continue coming back and I highly recommend!

I usually don't treat myself to any of these services, but decided that I needed to take time out for myself. I found Hand and Stone a perfect place to relax and unload my stress. Both services that I had at Hand and Stone helped me to accomplish this need. I felt respected and engaged by both of the service providers. When I get around to booking another appointment, I will definitely becoming back to see Abby and Steven.

Staff at front desk is always personable. My appointment time is always prompt. I like being able to specify that I need deep tissue and they help pair me with a massage therapist that would work for me. They are 'almost' always right.

Angela was very professional and friendly. She made me feel relaxed and listened to my requests for specific areas of concern.

I was in pain and got that relieved so I was more comfortable. I have a follow up scheduled.
