Everyone that I came in contact with were very friendly. I was even reminded that I still had packages left to use.

Gail is super knowledgeable on everything that has to do with my skin. I love being to go in and know all my concerns will be taken care of. My facial is one of the most relaxing things of my week.

Massage therapist is very receptive and accommodating to pressure requests. Checking in to see if ok.

Angela, my therapist, made me feel very cared for. She perfectly concentrated on the areas we talked about before the massage. I was sooo relaxed that at one point I fell asleep, Excellent experience, Receptionist was welcoming & knowledgeable. There is another Hand & Stone closer to me, but I wouldn’t switch.

appointment process went smoothly, checking in went great and the facial felt amazing! products were recommended but so expensive! wish more at home or DIY tips were offered, like coffee grounds, coconut oils, etc...no enhancements were offered, so thought that was weird as I would have opted for an additional service

The experience was relaxing, the facility was clean, everyone respected social distancing and wore a mask, the aesthetician was very knowledgeable and shared everything she was doing. My skin looks wonderful.

I really like Hand and Stone. The membership is great, the price is reasonable and the rewards are good. They have really good massage therapists who are knowledgeable and friendly. I just wish there was one closer to our house!

The safety measures the staff took to prevent any transfer of covid-19 was evident in the washing of the hands and clean sheets. I did miss the cup of water after the massage but can understand why it was not given. I really liked how the massage therapist took the time to let me know what I should do after the massage that evening.

Therapists are very professional. The surroundings are welcoming. The overall experience was stress relieving.
