I am very satisfied with the entire experience. My therapist is great at what she does, very friendly and is attentive to my requests and needs and willing to adjust her schedule. the facility is always nice and clean

I've tried many different therapists at your spa. She was one of the better ones I have gone to. Its nice to try them as they all have different approaches etc. I have already scheduled my next visit with her. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and suggested maybe I try the hemp oil next time which I will check into.

Angela at waukesha is a wonderful masseuse. She remembered all the small details even though it's been a few months since I've been there. I look forward to going back to see her again.

I was completely satisfied with my visit because your staff is amazing in every way possible. However, installing what I would call a “panic button” is ludicrous and only serves to make the staff and customer uneasy. Don’t cater to ridiculous people.

Gail is very knowledgeable, makes the experience meaningful and personal and evidences care for the client. The facial experience is a new and different adventure for me. All personnel were polite, gracious and made me feel comfortable.
