There was alot of attention to protocols to protect the client from virus transmission, Gail had herself tested before returning to work. Addition of the help button in the room is a nice feature. Have you considered doing a temperature check on the clients? My hairstylist and massage therapist are recording this data on their clients. I noticed the plexi in the reception area and wonder if there are any other options available to protect staff in the treatment rooms.

Gail took the time to make a couple suggestions based on her examination of my skin. She also had already checked on whether I had some perks available and advised of no additional costs.

I was highly satisfied with the knowledge and care of Marissa, she made me feel very comfortable. I've been there for a wax three times now and was more educated with her than any other visit I had.
