Very friendly staff. Wonderful massage therapists. All kind and knowledgeable. All areas very clean.

It was my initial visit. At the end of my day. The reception area was small and cozy. It smelled wonderful. It was calming and unassuming. Some spas feel stiff and a bit arrogant. Not Hand and Stone.

I can't add to the answers on the survey. The only additional comment I have is there were no higher responses than Highly satisfied. I would have rated them even higher.

Steven is personable, caring, and an excellent masseur. He made me totally relaxed through his massage techniques and put conversation. I’m counting the days until my next appointment.
