I would have enjoyed the bed warmer to be a little higher but the atmosphere with my therapist felt as if talking was not encouraged. I stated my upper back hurt more and she clearly found knots but did not work on them as long as I would have liked. Overall, still very relaxed and left satisfied.

My esthetician was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Had suggestions that I appreciated. My facial was fantastic, thanks to her (Gail)
