I love my appointments with Hand & Stone as everyone is super friendly and product-savvy. The esthetician is also quite knowledgeable and sweet, as well. I definitely will continue my appointments with Hand & Stone.

3 products I needed were available for purchase with a members discount! Gail also gave me a sample for a new product. Scheduled my next appt. The elderberry drink at the end of my session was very refreshing.

Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. The ambiance was relaxing which made me feel comfortable. The questionnaire was thorough which told me that you really care about your customers safety. The wait time was minimal and the Esthetician was knowledgeable and took care in making sure I was comfortable. She was thorough in explaining the procedure (it was my first ever facial) and made sure that if I felt uncomfortable to let her know.

The people who work there are all very friendly. They have extensive knowledge. The time goes fast because they are willing to answer questions & make the visit interestinh

She listened so well. Asked about the pressure and adjusted to meet my requests. I went there in pain and have a significant reduction still today

Overall the spa is very clean, professional, and welcoming. Climbing into a warm table really got things started right. I had lots of questions for my massage therapist and she answered them very professionally. The massage felt awesome.
